Summary
The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition and business development. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with the client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
· Identify potential business opportunities
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate offshore/onsite sales executives for further development and closure
· Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
· Perform effective online demos to prospects

Required Experience and Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
· Proven inside sales experience for IT product /Services
· Experience in selling Cloud or digital transformation services will be an add-on
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Persuasive and goal-oriented
· Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour
· Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
