Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Team Lead (Sales & Cold Calling)
Company: NUCOT (Nuage Compusys Technologies Pvt Ltd)Location: Indiranagar (Jeevan Bima Nagar), Bangalore

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the Inside Sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Execute cold calling campaigns and ensure consistent high-quality lead generation.
  • Monitor lead funnel performance, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics.
  • Train, mentor, and support the team on communication, sales pitch, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries and follow-up logs.
  • Handle escalations and support the team in closing calls when required.
  • Report sales performance, insights, and contribution toward improving sales processes.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in cold calling, telesales, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and convincing/persuasion skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail with hands-on experience in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Relevant exposure in inside sales and team handling experience in a similar role.
