About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on cold calling students, understanding their needs, and recommending relevant courses
2. Negotiating with the student and making custom offers to students
3. Keeping track of call summaries & offers made
4. Setting up reminders to make follow-up calls, or call back at a time convenient to the student
5. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
6. Maintaining a relationship with the student, getting feedback and communicating it internally (about courses, app, faculty, etc)
7. Updating the database of the students on a regular basis
8. Writing an email summary of phone calls and sending them to students
9. Responding to student queries by chat, email, or call

Additional Information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of first 1l in sale revenue. tiered commission system; incentives start at 3%).
