An Inside Shop Sales Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations within a retail shop located at Coimbatore Railway Station. This role involves assisting customers, handling billing, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
Explain product features, offers, and promotions.
Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently.
2. Shop Management
Maintain stock levels and ensure product availability.
Monitor daily sales and prepare reports.
Keep the shop clean and organized for a pleasant shopping experience.
3. Billing & Cash Handling
Process cash, card, and UPI payments accurately.
Generate and issue bills to customers.
Maintain daily cash reports and ensure proper accounting.
4. Inventory Management
Check and restock items regularly.
Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving products.
5. Customer Engagement & Upselling
Suggest related products to increase sales.
Inform customers about discounts and offers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
