Job Description

Athena BPO Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Inside Domestic Sales Executives for its ICICI Bank Credit Card Sales voice process at Powai, Andheri East, Mumbai. This full-time, onsite role includes outbound calling, promoting ICICI credit cards, resolving queries, maintaining records, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must be 12th pass or graduates, aged 18–40, and fluent in English. Freshers and those with up to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales are welcome. Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sunday off. Salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 based on experience and performance. Perks include performance incentives, health insurance, annual appraisals, Provident Fund, PT, and ESI. Face-to-face interviews are held from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
