Job Description

Provide hands-on assistance to the team in case of problems, both, through direct intervention and mentoring.

Be a single point of contact with the team through effective communication on key deliverable and soft issues.

Provide support to the team by acting as the first line of escalation to accomplish the goal of providing exceptional customer experience.

Excellent people's skill must be result oriented and a self-starter, approachable, enthusiastic, punctual and reliable.

Responsible to conduct SOD and EOD meetings.

Work to build a highly effective measurement and reward systems based on empirical data. Assist in scheduling and time management and periodical interaction with immediate supervisor.

Ensure career advancement and long-lasting and fruitful relationship of team with the company through feedback and counselling.

Strong inter-personal relationship with the team to cohesively bond them together with the company and integrate them with the vision and core values and be result oriented and self-starter, approachable, enthusiastic, punctual and reliable
