Job Description
Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) is a premier, national-level Institute for Postgraduate, Fellowship, and Mid-career/in-service education, research, and consulting in rural management. Founded in 1979, IRMA’s mission is to promote all-around sustainable rural development through professional management. IRMA requires field investigators to work on a Survey for the project “Water footprint of the Dairy Sector in India: An analysis of water requirement, production, profitability, and conservation”.
1. Name of the Post: Field Investigator(s)
2. Job Profile: The field investigators are expected to collect details from the following stakeholders across Gujarat:
i. Dairy farms and households
ii Dairy societies (Coops. & non-Coops)
iii. Private dairy units
3. Qualifications: Applicants should have a minimum bachelor’s /master’s degree (in any subject).
Applicants must be fluent in Gujarati and must be ready to conduct fieldwork. Applicant’s experience of collecting data/conduct of survey are preferable and they are required to collect data through Google docs and hard form depending on the need and also do the tabulation, etc.

4. Remuneration and Tenure: The duration of the work will be short-term for of period of 2 months or less and a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 10000/- per month will be paid to each field Investigator. The remuneration can be negotiated depending on the experiences, qualifications, etc. The term may be terminated or extended with a notice period of 7 days.
Age Limit:
Preferably below 30 years.
