About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design instructional management systems
2. Evaluate new e-learning materials
3. Create educational podcasts, videos, and content
4. Design and revamp both new and established learning models
5. Implement feedback from program reviews
6. Train others on how to deliver learning material
7. Research new innovations in both learning design and education
Instructional designers need to possess a versatile skill set in order to create effective learning courses and materials to meet their intended goals. These professionals not only need to have a mastery of learning design but technology as well.
