Job Description
An instructional designer creates learning materials and experiences for students and professionals. They use technology to make learning more engaging and interactive. Responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Create learning materials: Develop courses, curriculums, training manuals, and student guides
- Design content: Create storyboards, slide decks, and other learning materials
- Research and evaluate: Research new technologies and evaluate existing instructional content
- Collaborate: Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs
- Develop assessments: Create assessment instruments to measure learning outcomes
- Provide feedback: Give learners feedback to help them improve
- Transfer knowledge: Help learners transfer their knowledge and skills to the workplace
- Manage projects: Maintain project documentation and track student progress
Preferred candidate profile
- Only male candidate are applicable for the post.
- In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Knowledge of standard Learning Management System
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Expert level knowledge and experience in developing course objects using e learning development tools
- Good presentation, oral and written communication & facilitation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Office application software
- Ability to write effectively, instructional text, audio and video scripts
