Instructional Designer/Graphic Artist/Jr. Project Fellow job opportunities in National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) on purely temporary
Project Title: Development of e-resources for the school and teacher education
1. Instructional Designer/02 Posts
Essential:
MCA/BCA/M.Tech./B.Tech/MSc.IT with knowledge of Operating Flash, Adobe CS, Programme Coding, Interactive Multimedia Script Writing, Using HTML/Java, Graphics and Animation with 55% marks or equivalent Grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% marks.
Experience:
Atleast two years of relevant experience.
Atleast three years of relevant experience in case of B.Tech/BCA.
Desirable:
Knowledge of Operating various softwares: Flash, Adobe CS, Programming Coding languages, Interactive Multimedia, Script Writing, Using HTML/Java, Graphics and Animation etc.
Experience of designing multimedia, graphics, animations, illustrations, campaign materials etc. or using FOSS tools
Experience in networking, hardware operation, day to trouble shooting on hardware issues.
2. Graphic Artist/01 Posts
Essential:
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Fine Arts/Multimedia/Graphics/Animation/Mass communication or Diploma/Degree/PG Diploma in Graphics and Animation/3D graphics or equivalent with 55% marks or equivalent Grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% marks
Experience:
Atleast three year experience in illustrations and diagrams in digital graphics in media/technology organisation
Desirable:
Experience of designing multimedia, graphics, animations, illustrations, campaign materials etc. using FOSS tools
Knowledge of Illustrators, In-design, Multimedia packages etc.
Skill of drawing illustrations and operating computer softwares
Expertise in using FOSS tools for graphics, animation, multimedia etc.
Remuneration: @ Rs.30,000/- per month (consolidated)

3. Educational Research Survey Series-I (ERIC Project)
2. Jr. Project Fellow/03 Posts
Essential: For project No. 13.01
Post Graduate in Education/Psychology with specialisation in Educational Technology or ICT/ Post Graduation in Educational Technology or equivalent with 55% marks or equivalent grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50%.
Knowledge of computer applications, parametric/non- parametric statistics, SPSS, FOSS, tools for analysis of qualitative and quantitative data etc.
For project No. 12.03
Post Graduate in Education/Psychology with 55% marks or equivalent grade in general category and in case of SC/ST/PH it will be 50% marks.
Knowledge of computer applications, parametric/non- parametric statistics, SPSS, FOSS etc.
Experience:
Must have research experience in writing of thesis/dissertation at PG/Ph.D. level
Research work – collection and review of literature, preparation of research abstract, tools construction, data collection/field work, coding, categorizing, tabulation and analysis of primary and secondary level data.
Desirable:
NET
Good writing skill in English
Remuneration: @ Rs.23,000/- per month (consolidated) without NET & Rs.25.000/-per month (consolidated )with NET.
Age: Below 40 years
Tenure: Initially upto March 31, 2019 and purely temporary
