Job Description
As an Instructional Designer, you will independently design, develop, and implement high-quality learning solutions focused on finance and enterprise technology.
Create complex, multi-audience learning programs (eLearning, video, instructor-led, blended, assessments) from the ground up.
Extract and synthesize highly technical finance-related content into easy-to-understand learning materials.
Develop learning assets using Articulate Storyline, Rise (must-have), Camtasia, WellSaid Labs, Synthesia, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Use Kirkpatrick’s training evaluation model to measure learning effectiveness and optimize future content.
5+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a finance or enterprise product organization.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication, scriptwriting, and editing skills.
