Job opening for Junior Instructional Designer
Education: Any Graduate/Journalism/English Literature/Mass Communication
Experience : 0-6 years
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop storyboards - graphically visualize content, write detailed animation notes, integrate gamification options, develop VO scripts.
- Develop Design Documents
- Coordinate with the client and production team to have the e-learning module developed.
- Review the developed modules and provide feedback.
- Develop ILTs - Write original content for Learner Guides, Facilitators Guide, Facilitator's Deck, Assessments, Workbooks, PPTs, etc.
- Needs to communicate and follow-up with vendors to manage projects, review vendor files, and provide feedback.
- Review and edit storyboards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willing to multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time.
- Dedicated and time-oriented.
- Should be willing to work on strict timelines to complete projects.
