Brief Summary Of Department And Role

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to be a part of the Sprinklr Academy. The goal of the Sprinklr Academy is to serve our Organization with end-to-end, deep and wide product knowledge. We are responsible for enabling the Customer Delight Organization with the product knowledge to effectively and confidently demonstrate value to their Sprinklr Customers. This individual will design and implement new training content, and optimize and expand upon existing programs to scale globally. This includes design for online learning programs, live, and remote training. This position requires project management skills necessary to meet deadlines and manage multiple design request simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop online learning engagements end-to-end using ADDIE
• Conduct needs assessments and scope new on-demand request with SME
• Apply instructional design practices to the creation of on-demand courses, presentations, instructor and student materials
• Managing the feedback and update request for all on-demand learning
• Design quarterly product release on-demand learning
• Responsible for managing all LMS reporting request

Desired Skills And Experience

Sprinklr has spent the last ten years building software for an “un-enterprise” world and we’re bringing the very best talent together to take us to the next level.

• Degree in Instructional Design, related field or 1-2 years experience
• Experience with on-demand learning development tools such as Rise (Articulate), Captivate, Lyearn is a plus
• Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products
• Strong writing skills to create succinct and engaging courses
• Ability/experience in developing instructor-led material is a plus
• Understanding of and experience with popular social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram) is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
• Willing to travel as needed
