Instructional Designer Jobs in Gurgaon - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

The Information/Instructional Designer role is primarily responsible for creating a wide variety of e-learning,

guided simulations, assessments, videos, basic graphics, and other training materials. The person should have a

minimum of 4 years’ experience in driving a variety of Instructional Design projects and should be a good team

player. The scope of work typically focuses on instructional design.

The person should be able to:

 Design and develop instructional material and assessments for training curriculum using company styles,

standards, and development tools

 Successfully utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to create effective training.

 Enhance the visual aspect of a course by visualizing and creating simple graphics and diagrams.

 Demonstrate understanding and appropriate application of Instructional Design methodologies including

ADDIE, Blooms Taxonomy, Adult Learning Principles, etc.

 Proofread and edit content to improve quality, readability, consistency, and effectiveness of training

material

 Ensure that all information is consistent, easy to understand, and well organized.

 Independently develop entry level and advanced courses for both internal and external audiences.

 Communicate in excellent written and oral English

 Create simple videos in Camtasia or other video editing software

 Project management in a training environment using ADDIE
