We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop self-learning and practicing experiences for mobile-, client- and server-software. Position Overview

We are looking for a professional Instructional Designer to design and develop self-learning and practicing experiences for mobile-, client- and server-software. The goal is to facilitate learners all over the world in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner with focus on self-learning. You are responsible for
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling content that enhances retention and transfer
- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
- State instructional goals and create matching learning content
- Visualize and animate learning steps, package and deploy learning nuggets and modules
- Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts
- Apply established instructional design theories, practice and methods
- Implement exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
- Create supporting material/media like audio, video, simulations, games
- Decide on the criteria used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments
- Evaluate effectiveness of training content and drive continuous improvement activities
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
- Solid knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Basic HTML and User Interface development knowledge
- Solid knowledge of course development software like Captivate, Lectora, or Storyline
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- BS or MA degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar
