Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze client inputs and understand eLearning requirements
- Define clear learning objectives and course structures
- Develop storyboards, scripts, and content outlines
- Design and develop interactive eLearning courseware
- Ensure accuracy of task analysis, training materials, and evaluation plans
- Support and participate in all phases of instructional design and development
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality learning solutions
- Work on both technical and non-technical content topics
- Any Graduate (Engineering / Arts & Science / Journalism / Mass Communication)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, concepts, and technologies
- Good attitude and willingness to take feedback
