ALPHA ITI is seeking a qualified Instructor to join our dedicated team in Karunagappally. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Malayalam as the mode of instruction, monitoring student academics, and creating a supportive and interactive learning environment. This role also involves contacting students and parents to ensure academic progress.
This is a contract-based role, valid for the academic year.
Freshers who are passionate about teaching and education are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
Deliver lessons effectively, using Malayalam as the medium of instruction.
Monitor and support student academics, ensuring their progress and understanding of the subjects.
Contact students and parents to follow up.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and student assessments.
Provide individualized attention to students as needed.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and workshops.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: ITI, Diploma, Polytechnic, Bachelor’s Degree, or BTech.
Freshers with a passion for teaching and a desire to make an impact in the education sector are welcome to apply.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
Comfortable using digital tools for teaching and academic monitoring.
Passion for education and student success.
Proficiency in Malayalam for teaching.
Working Hours & Salary
Working hours: 6 hours daily, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary: Day-based salary, paid according to the number of working days.
Holidays
Enjoy all official academic holidays, including Onam, Christmas, and other national holidays.
Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
