Job Description
We are looking candidate for a Graduate is mandatory
Insurance (versant 3)
Freshers or experience
Linguistic required : Tamil Malayalam
Day Rotational shift
Rotational off
Work location : Airoli (Mumbai),
Notice period : Immediate to 15 days.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
-
Identify potential clients through leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Understand clients' insurance needs and suggest suitable products accordingly.
-
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
-
Provide timely assistance to clients during policy issuance, renewal, and claim settlement.
2. Policy Sales and Servicing
-
Promote and sell insurance policies including but not limited to life, health, motor, property, and travel insurance.

Explain policy features, terms, conditions, premiums, exclusions, and benefits to clients in a clear and ethical manner.

Assist clients in filling out application forms and ensure accuracy of submitted documentation.

Track and follow up on policy renewals, endorsements, and payment dues.
3. Claims Assistance
-
Guide clients through the claims process by providing information, documentation assistance, and timely follow-ups.

Coordinate with the claims department or third-party administrators (TPAs) to ensure quick and fair settlement of claims.

Educate customers about documentation required for various claims and ensure compliance with company procedures.
4. Compliance and Documentation
-
Ensure that all insurance-related transactions are handled in compliance with IRDAI (Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India) rules and company policies.

Maintain and update client records, proposals, policy copies, and correspondence in internal systems.

Keep thorough documentation of communications, sales activities, and service requests.
5. Product Knowledge and Training
-
Stay updated on insurance products, policy changes, underwriting practices, and regulatory updates.

Participate in regular product training sessions and certifications as required by the company or regulatory authorities.

Educate clients about available add-ons, riders, and optional covers that could enhance their coverage.
6. Reporting and Coordination
-
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, renewals, claims, and customer interactions.

Work closely with underwriting, finance, and support teams to ensure accurate processing of policies and claims.

Attend internal meetings, customer events, and promotional activities as directed by the management.
