The Insurance Quoter will be responsible for Quoting insurance policies like AUTO & HOME on insurance aggregator platform on a daily basis. This is a full-time job relating to Auto and Home insurance quoting data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Policy Quoting:

Quote auto and home insurance policies for customers through an insurance aggregator platform.

Assess customer requirements, compare options, and provide the best-suited quotes based on their needs.

Ensure that all quotes are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate with potential customers to gather relevant information for quoting purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Provide customers with clear and detailed information regarding available insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.

Address any questions or concerns customers may have during the quoting process.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Accurately enter customer details and policy information into the insurance aggregator platform or CRM systems.

Maintain detailed and organized records of all quotes generated, ensuring easy access for follow-up or adjustments.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Quote Comparison & Analysis:

Research and compare different insurance products available on the platform to ensure the customer receives the most competitive pricing.

Evaluate coverage options, exclusions, and deductibles to provide the customer with comprehensive and customized insurance solutions.

Collaboration with Insurance Providers:

Work closely with insurance providers to verify quote accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Assist in handling customer requests related to policy changes or queries about existing quotes.

Customer Support & Follow-Up:

Follow up with customers who have received quotes to ensure they understand their options and encourage policy conversions.

Assist in handling any issues, claims, or concerns raised by customers related to the quoted policies.

Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Performance Tracking:

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quote generation targets set by the company.

Report any challenges or issues to the team lead or manager to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor and track quote conversion rates and work towards improving these metrics.

Stay updated on insurance products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed quotes and advice to customers.
