A Sales officer needs to achieve the defined criteria to progress to become a Business Development Officer and to progress to a higher level of the leader as a Senior Business Development leader in his/her career path.
A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO/SBDO/BI) will be eligible for performance-based fixed as well as variable pay-out as listed below:
1. Fixed Salary
