Job Description

 Communication & interpersonal Skills 
 Strong communication skills. 
 Communicate with confidence and positive mindset. 
 Do the right thing – be fair and honest in your interactions and dealings with your customers.
 Maintain cordial relationship with peers and seniors.
 Identify and connect with prospective persons and convert them into active POSPs.
 Always be ready to provide service to POSPs and their customer; be available for them at all times. 
 Provide quotations/ generate policies/ claims assistance for POSPs & their customers. 
 Stay updated on products and business. Never make false commitments or give wrong information. 
 Work with POSPs to achieve daily/monthly targets as assigned by reporting manager.
 Take complete accountability and ownership for your work and actions. 
 Be receptive to feedback and work on your areas of development.
