Job Summary

An Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for selling insurance policies to individuals and businesses. These policies may include health insurance, life insurance, property and casualty insurance, auto insurance, and more. The primary role of an Insurance Sales Executive is to assess clients’ insurance needs, explain policy details, and help them choose coverage that suits their requirements and financial capacity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation

  • Provide assistance with claim submissions and policy renewals.

  • Maintain long-term relationships to encourage customer loyalty and referrals.

5. Market and Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on insurance laws, products, and industry trends.

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuing education as required by licensing authorities.

  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products to differentiate offerings effectively.

6. Reporting and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and sales performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activity, goals, and achievements.
