Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the insurance market.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital marketing, and business partnerships.

Develop and implement strategies to increase client acquisition and achieve revenue growth.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
2. Client Consultation & Needs Assessment

Conduct client meetings to understand their insurance needs and financial objectives.

Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable insurance products, including life, health, motor, property, and general insurance plans.

Educate clients on various policy options, terms, coverage details, and premium structures.

Provide customized solutions to meet client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Presentation & Proposal Preparation

Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals tailored to client requirements.

Explain policy features, benefits, inclusions, exclusions, and claim processes in a clear and simple manner.

Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutual benefit and close deals successfully.

Deliver effective product presentations to individuals and corporate clients.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and after-sales service.

Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues related to policies, renewals, claims, and payments.

Keep clients updated on new insurance products, promotional offers, and policy changes.

Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through consistent communication and support.
5. Sales Tracking & Reporting

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the company.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, policies, and sales activities.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and conversion ratios.

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of insurance products and policies (life, health, general, and corporate insurance).

Proficiency in preparing insurance proposals and explaining policy features.

Basic understanding of financial planning, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.

Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office tools, and digital platforms for lead tracking and reporting.
