Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
-
Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, digital outreach, or field activities.

Promote and sell life, health, motor, and general insurance products based on customer needs.

Conduct need-based assessments to understand client requirements and recommend suitable policy options.

Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotations, and plan comparisons to prospects.

Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to close sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Provide timely support and guidance throughout the application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes.

Handle queries related to policy terms, premium payments, renewals, claims process, and benefits.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service and after-sales support.
3. Documentation & Compliance
-
Assist clients in completing all required documentation for new policies and renewals.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, policy information, and customer communications.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies, including KYC, AML, and IRDAI guidelines.
4. Target Achievement & Reporting
-
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Track sales metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports for submission to the reporting manager.

Participate in team meetings, product training sessions, and periodic performance reviews.
