Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and result-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, selling insurance policies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Identify potential customers and approach them to explain available insurance products.

Promote and sell life insurance, health insurance, vehicle insurance, term plans, and investment-linked policies.

Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, social media, and field visits.

Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Understand client requirements, assess their financial goals, and suggest suitable insurance plans.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.

Follow up regularly with clients to provide updates and renew policies.

Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and personalized service.
3. Policy Guidance & Consultation

Educate clients about the benefits, coverage, terms, and conditions of various insurance policies.

Assist customers in selecting the right insurance plans based on their needs and budgets.

Explain claim settlement procedures, premium payment schedules, and policy exclusions.

Stay updated on new insurance products and market trends to advise clients better.
4. Documentation & Compliance

Handle documentation for policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.

Ensure complete and accurate KYC verification and maintain client records.

Follow regulatory compliance as per IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

Maintain transparency and integrity in all customer dealings.
5. Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the management team.

Coordinate with the back-office team for policy approvals, claims, and after-sales support.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.

Work closely with supervisors to improve strategies and enhance conversion rates.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical / Product Skills:

Basic understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and risk management (preferred but not mandatory).

Familiarity with policy documents, premium calculations, and claim processes.
Sales & Communication Skills:

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and local languages.

Ability to present information clearly and handle customer queries confidently.

Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools (optional but preferred).
