Insurance Sales Manager Job Description:

Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance.
Development of assigned Territory sales channels
Recruitment and Liasioning with Channel partners.
Achieving Business Targets from Channels.
Designing Creative schemes / Activities for the development of Channels.
Setting and monitoring sales objectives.
Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
Contributing to meeting sales targets.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Answering customer queries.
Mediating disputes with customers.
To ensure sell of our insurance products
To ensure quality advisors are being recruited and developed
To communicate changing customer needs to the top management
To expand our reach to untapped customers
