Job Description

  • & Cold Calling:

    • Call potential customers to inform them about various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.).

    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

  • Customer Interaction:

    • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

    • Answer customer queries about policy terms, coverage, premiums, and benefits.

  • Sales Conversion:

    • Persuade customers to purchase insurance policies.

    • Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.

  • Documentation:

    • Maintain records of calls, customer information, and sales.

    • Update CRM tools or internal databases accurately.

  • Post-Sale Support:

    • Coordinate with back-office teams for policy issuance.

    • Assist clients in the documentation or claim process when needed.

    • Skills & Qualifications:

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

    • Sales or customer service experience (preferred).

    • Knowledge of insurance products (an advantage).

    • Basic computer proficiency.
