Job Description
- The person should help to integrate our product onto mobile or website and resolve merchant issues while demonstrating strong customer empathy, responsiveness and reliability.
- Provide in-depth technical support for merchants and partners primarily via email- based and telephonic support.
- Analyse problems develop solutions to meet the merchant’s needs.
- Person should be acknowledgeable in all the technologies like PHP, NET, Java etc. and be able to support customers integrate with our platform using our API’s.
- They should have good communication skills and be able to handle all the technical queries of customers.
- Person also answers questions and conduct proactive monitoring and notification for our merchants.
- Responding to the queries raised by merchants and help desk.
