Job Description

The person should help to integrate our product onto mobile or website and resolve merchant issues while demonstrating strong customer empathy, responsiveness and reliability.
Provide in-depth technical support for merchants and partners primarily via email- based and telephonic support.
Analyse problems develop solutions to meet the merchant’s needs.
Person should be acknowledgeable in all the technologies like PHP, NET, Java etc. and be able to support customers integrate with our platform using our API’s.
They should have good communication skills and be able to handle all the technical queries of customers.
Person also answers questions and conduct proactive monitoring and notification for our merchants.
Responding to the queries raised by merchants and help desk.
