• Integrate AI Capabilities: Embed AI features—such as Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Optical Character Recognition (OCR)—to let bots read unstructured data and make smarter decisions.

• Connect Systems: Use APIs, low-code platforms, and Integration Platforms as a Service (iPaaS) to link disparate enterprise applications (like ERP, CRM, and cloud tools).
