  Your performance is found well and good,  you will be confirmed after your Interim period of 3 months, If there is a need, your probation might be extended further.

  Weekly you will achieve 75 to 80 Leads to develop Primary market  as per your District Target

  Monthly one face to face meeting in the factory location

  Whatsapp Live location 8 Hrs with location update - 4 times a day 

 Executives should have their Android  Mobile with above Version 7
Job Description :
- ISR's primary responsibility is to collect orders from the distributors and to verify the distributor claims.

Required only graduates with min 6 months of exp in sales profile
- One ISR has to help to Fix 5 to 10 New dealers in class towns based on the district potential

you are expected to a new area in the future based on your performance with a Fixed Salary pay of Rs.10,000/- per month and variable pay of Rs. 4000 per month is based on performance.
