About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing CAD drawings and elevations
2. Formulating a design that is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes
3. Preparing BOQ
4. Ensuring quality of design timeline management
5. Drafting layouts
6. Paying extreme attention to detail
Requirements:
1. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
2. Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials
3. Understanding of technical drawings
4. Drafting skills - Proficient in AutoCAD
5. Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel
6. Knowledge about interior elements and building structures
7. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, SketchUp
8. Should possess good communication and presentation skills
