Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Interior Design Tendering and Costing Specialist to oversee the tendering process and accurately estimate project costs. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our design team, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of interior design materials, processes, and pricing.

Job description

• Prepare Timely and comprehensive Pre-Bid documentation & presentation
• Determine most technical appropriate and cost effective solutions
• Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and contractors.
• Customer satisfaction improvement
• Bid & Proposal standardization & Competence development.
• Close collaboration with the Product Group Territory Marketing & Sales Managers (TMSM) responsible for the global market
• Know-how sharing & cross-collaboration
• Review and analyze the bid technical documents and requirements and identifies the scope of supply, configuration of the product with relevant options prepares list of technical deviations and clarifications, prepares data sheets, prepares comments to customer’s technical specifications including quality plans, painting specifications, document lists, etc.
• Assist the TMSM’s during tendering for adequate follow-up and proper answers during the bid clarification process
• Coordinate consistent proposal and comments in case of multichannel tenders for projects in bid-for-bid stage
• Provide market intelligence data.
• Lost proposal analysis to obtain better future bidding.
• Accountable for technical expertise and accuracy of the deliverables Additional extra-ordinary accountabilities.
• Increase the GIS sales volume by proposing innovative solutions based on attractive technical and commercial solutions. Engage with customers to learn and understand the drivers influencing their specification. Work out ideas on how to influence customer buying criteria

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil Interior Design, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Proven experience in tendering, costing, and procurement within the interior design industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design materials, finishes, and construction methods.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Preferred only male candidate
• Hand of experience minimum 2years - 8 years maximum in interior design Fresher are not applicable this role .
• Work experience in industrials and commercial field are mandatory .
