Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and present creative and innovative design concepts for interior spaces, considering factors such as functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Utilise AutoCAD 3D + Ray to create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces.

Use Adobe Photoshop to create photorealistic images and visualisations of design concepts.

Work collaboratively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet their needs and requirements.

Ensure designs comply with safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project timelines and deadlines.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.

Skills:

Fluency in English

Familiarity with other design software, such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

Strong understanding of safety, building codes, and accessibility standards.
