Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. Key Responsibilities:

Design Concept Development:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.

Create and develop interior design concepts, including furniture selection, color schemes, lighting, and layout planning.

Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings to illustrate design concepts to clients.

Ensure designs align with client’s goals while maintaining functionality, aesthetics, and safety standards.

Space Planning:

Create detailed floor plans and layouts to optimize space utilization while adhering to building codes and safety standards.

Design the layout of rooms, including furniture arrangement, lighting, and structural considerations.

Maximize space efficiency and ensure the design is practical for everyday use.

Material Selection and Product Procurement:

Recommend and source appropriate materials, furniture, finishes, and décor based on project requirements and client preferences.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure design elements such as furniture, fabrics, flooring, wall coverings, and lighting fixtures.

Ensure that the selected materials and products are within budget and meet quality standards.

Client Consultations and Presentations:

Meet with clients to discuss their vision, preferences, and expectations for the space.

Provide professional advice on color schemes, materials, layouts, and design solutions.

Present design ideas to clients using mood boards, samples, and 3D renderings.

Revise designs based on client feedback and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

Project Management:

Manage the timeline and budget for interior design projects from conception to completion.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed correctly and on schedule.

Oversee the installation of furniture, fixtures, and other design elements to ensure everything aligns with the plan.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure that the project is moving forward as planned.

Compliance and Regulations:
