We are looking for a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can handle design tasks independently — from conceptualization to execution. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating 2D and 3D drawings, conducting site visits, preparing detailed plans, and effectively communicating with clients. You will be involved in all phases of the design process, including space planning, material selection, technical detailing, and project coordination.
This role is open to both experienced designers and freshers with strong design skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the interior design field.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Development

Create 2D layout plans, working drawings, and detailed technical drawings for residential, commercial, or retail interior projects.

Develop 3D visualizations, mood boards, and conceptual presentations to communicate design intent.

Ensure that designs are aesthetically appealing, functional, and aligned with client requirements and space limitations.
2. Site Visits and Measurements

Visit project sites for measurements, design verification, and ongoing supervision.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and execution teams during project implementation.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.
3. Planning and Detailing

Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications.

Develop detailed working drawings for carpentry, false ceiling, electrical layout, plumbing, and civil modifications.

Assist in project scheduling, timeline creation, and resource planning for timely execution.
4. Client Interaction

Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget.

Present design concepts, material selections, and layout options to clients for feedback and approval.

Address client queries and modifications throughout the design and execution process.
5. Execution and Coordination

Work with execution teams to translate design ideas into reality.

Monitor project progress, handle on-site adjustments, and ensure that designs are implemented as per plan.

Assist in sourcing materials, furnishings, fixtures, and managing supplier interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.

Software Skills:

Proficient in AutoCAD for 2D drawings.

Skilled in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit for 3D visualization.

Basic knowledge of Photoshop, V-Ray, or other rendering tools is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Ability to create accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

Strong understanding of materials, color theory, lighting, furniture design, and spatial planning.
