Job Description
Design and referencing, site survey and drafting of the same, site supervision, making and checking bills, checking and certifying vendor and contractor bills.
Candidate must speak English and Hindi. They must know the latest version of Autocad, 3dmax, sketchup, MS office ,Excel.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:

Meet with clients to determine their requirements, preferences, goals, budget, and timelines.

Conduct on-site evaluations and space assessments to understand the physical layout and challenges.

Interpret and translate client ideas into design concepts that align with functionality, style, and brand identity.

Concept Development:

Develop design concepts and mood boards to visually present ideas to clients.

Research and incorporate current trends, materials, and finishes that suit the client’s vision.

Prepare sketches, diagrams, and 3D renderings to illustrate design ideas clearly and effectively.

Space Planning and Layout Design:

Create detailed space plans that optimize interior flow, lighting, and function.

Ensure designs meet accessibility requirements, safety codes, and ergonomic standards.

Consider architectural elements, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical layouts in design solutions.

Material and Finish Selection:
-
Choose appropriate materials, furniture, fabrics, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.

Source sustainable and cost-effective materials that align with the project’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Work with vendors and suppliers to obtain product samples and quotations.

Technical Drawings and Documentation:

Produce comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Use software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max to draft and visualize designs.

Prepare and submit design documentation for client approval and regulatory compliance.

Project Management and Execution:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants to implement the design.

Monitor construction and installation progress, making on-site visits to oversee work quality.

Address and resolve any design issues or adjustments during execution.

Client Relations and Presentation:

Present design concepts and final proposals to clients using both visual aids and verbal explanations.

Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients throughout the project.

Ensure client satisfaction through attention to detail, responsiveness, and post-completion follow-up.

Sourcing and Procurement:

Order and track materials, furnishings, and equipment needed for each project.

Manage procurement timelines to align with project milestones.

Negotiate pricing and manage vendor relationships to stay within budget.
