Job Description
• Assist in developing interior design concepts, themes, and layouts
• Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using design software
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, color palettes, finishes, and furniture selections
• Support senior designers in schematic design and presentation development
• Produce detailed working drawings and construction documents
• Coordinate measured drawings and site surveys
• Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material schedules
• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Understand client requirements and preferences
• Communicate design ideas clearly through sketches, renders, and presentations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
• Help track project timelines, deliveries, and installation support
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality adherence
• Work with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office
