Job Description

Candidates must have knowledge of AutoCAD3ds max SketchUp All these software. Candidates must have good experience of site work and can take measurements from site. Laptop and two wheeler is mandatory for this post.

Responsibilities:

Pursue and bid on new projects.

Understand and determine how a space will be used and how people will move through it.

Draw preliminary design plans with both electrical and partition layouts.

Determine materials and furnishings including furniture, lighting, wall finishes, plumbing fixtures, and flooring.

Establish each client’s goals and necessary project requirements.

Develop timelines for design projects and estimate respective costs.

Manage construction while coordinating with the general building contractors to execute the project plans and specifications.

Place materials orders and oversee all design elements installations.

Conduct site visits after the project is complete to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
