Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Conduct site visits and assessments.
• Design Development: Create innovative and functional design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings. Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
• Project Management: Oversee the design process from initial concept to final installation. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure all design solutions are financially feasible.
• Presentations: Develop and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, architects, and other professionals to ensure design consistency and project alignment with client goals.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and new technologies. Incorporate the latest design innovations into projects.
• Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules. Maintain organized project files and records.
