Key Responsibilities:

Design Concept Development:

Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces, ensuring they meet the aesthetic and practical needs of the clients.

Provide design solutions for various aspects of interior spaces, including layout, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and finishes.

Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide custom interior design solutions.

Residential Interior Projects:

Handle all aspects of residential interior design, from concept to completion, ensuring that designs are both functional and visually appealing.

Manage the selection of materials, colors, finishes, and furnishings.

Ensure that the design aligns with the client’s preferences, budget, and timeframes.

Drafting and Design Presentation:
-
Create detailed interior design drawings using AutoCAD for floor plans, elevations, and sections.

Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling of spaces to present design concepts to clients in an engaging and understandable way.
-
Use V-Ray and Luminon to produce high-quality renderings and visualizations of interior spaces, ensuring that designs are represented accurately and aesthetically.

Project Coordination and Management:

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that the design execution is completed within scope and on schedule.

Ensure that all project details and specifications are communicated clearly to all involved parties.

Client Interaction:

Maintain direct communication with clients to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions based on client preferences.

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the project, addressing concerns or changes and ensuring satisfaction with the final design.

Advise clients on design trends, material selection, and space planning.

Site Visits and Quality Control:

Conduct regular site visits to oversee the implementation of designs and ensure adherence to specifications.

Address any issues or adjustments needed during the execution of projects to ensure the final design meets the expected quality standards.

Maintain organized documentation of design projects, including drawings, specifications, and material lists.
