Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:

Understand Client Needs: Meet with clients to discuss their design goals, preferences, budget, and timeline.

Conceptualization: Develop initial design concepts based on client requirements and feedback, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and practicality.

Mood Boards & Presentations: Prepare mood boards, sketches, and design presentations to help clients visualize design concepts.
2. Space Planning & Layout Design:

Space Planning: Design layouts that optimize the use of space, ensuring that designs are functional, practical, and efficient.

Room Configurations: Create 2D and 3D floor plans, ensuring that furniture placement, lighting, and other elements complement the space.

Traffic Flow: Consider the flow of movement within a space, ensuring that areas are functional and comfortable.
3. Design Development:

Select Furnishings & Materials: Choose appropriate furniture, flooring, lighting, wall coverings, and decorative elements that fit the design concept and client’s budget.

Color Schemes: Create cohesive color schemes for the space, incorporating the client’s preferences and the intended atmosphere.

Design Detailing: Focus on design details like window treatments, custom furniture, and architectural elements to elevate the space’s visual appeal.
4. Project Management:

Budget Management: Work within the client’s budget to create designs that meet financial expectations while maintaining high quality and functionality.

Timeline Management: Coordinate project timelines, ensuring that designs are completed on schedule.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to source materials and furnishings, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Contractor Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and builders to ensure designs are accurately implemented during the construction and installation phases.
5. Technical Drawings & Documentation:

CAD Software: Use design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit to create technical drawings, layouts, and design mockups.

Design Specifications: Prepare detailed design specifications for construction teams and vendors, outlining measurements, materials, and finishes.

Project Documentation: Maintain organized records of design plans, client communication, orders, and project progress.
6. On-Site Management & Supervision:

Site Visits: Conduct site visits to ensure that design elements are being implemented correctly and in line with the design vision.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation phase, ensuring that designs are executed as planned.

7. Client Communication & Satisfaction:
