Job Description

Design Responsibilities

Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
Prepare technical drawings using tools like AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Coordinate with carpenters, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure design execution.
Select materials, finishes, and furniture as per project standards.
Visit project sites for measurements, supervision, and quality checks.

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities

Present design concepts, material options, and pricing to clients.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and design presentations.
Handle walk-in clients and convert leads into projects.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Support marketing tasks including social media content, catalog updates, and in-store promotions.

Required Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D/3D drafting.
Basic understanding of materials, furniture, and interior execution processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Confidence in handling client meetings independently.

Eligibility

0–2 years of experience in interior design or related field.
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture preferred.
