Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Interior Estimation Manager to handle cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and budgeting for our commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior materials, vendor management, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities-
Prepare detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents for accuracy.

Conduct rate analysis and vendor price comparisons.

Work closely with the design, procurement, and project teams to finalize budgets.

Negotiate with vendors and contractors for competitive pricing.

Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and cost reports.

Monitor and control project costs to ensure profitability.

Maintain an updated database of vendor rates and material pricing.

Ensure timely delivery of estimates and support management in decision-making.
Key Skills Required-
Strong expertise in BOQ preparation & cost estimation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel (advanced).

Good knowledge of commercial interior materials & finishes.

Vendor management & negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and numerical ability.

Excellent communication & coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
