Quantity Surveyor - Interior Expertise
Important Note : Interior Expertise is a must
- Preparation BOQ of Healthcare, Hospitality, Automotive, Residential and commercial Buildings for Base Building and Interiors.
- Negotiating with Vendors/contractors based on BOQ.
- Checking of Contractor/ vendor bills and preparing Bill Certificates.
- Rate analysis for Non Tendered items.
- Site visit for measurement verifications.
- Preparing Comparative statements.
- Need through knowledge of Civil and interior items with a proper knowledge of specifications.
