Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Project Manager to lead and oversee interior design and fit-out projects from concept through completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, vendors, contractors, and design teams to ensure the successful execution of high-quality interior projects in residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial client brief to final handover.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure concepts are executable and align with client expectations.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and supervise contractors, vendors, and site personnel.

Manage procurement of furniture, finishes, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Monitor project progress and address issues or delays proactively.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

3–7 years of experience managing interior design or fit-out projects.

Proven experience in both design and construction phases of interior projects.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, or Asana).

Strong understanding of FF&E specifications and procurement processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software is advantageous.

Experience in high-end residential, retail, or hospitality design projects.

Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED standards is a plus.
