Job Description

Interior site supervisor job vacancy in all over Pune City

Candidate key duties include site coordination, purchase material, labour handling, customer service, selection material, market knowledge most important.

English, Marathi, Hindi language.

Responsibilities:

Execute all interior and MEP works on site as per drawings. Monitor contractor's deliverables.

Certify bills, and ensure payments are made on time.

Verify procurement and on-site delivery of all materials, and ensure safe and secure storage of the same.

Ensure Quality, Safety, Cost and Timelines are looked after.

Should have knowledge of luxury villas, or luxury hotels finishing.

Reports: Maintaining the DPR, Monthly reports etc.,

Quality checking of materials received at site as per the Work Order/Purchase Order.

Should be proficient with Autocad, MS Office / Google Docs
