Job Description

Supervising Interior Site Projects as per Plans. Managing Inventory and On-Time Completion of Project. Must have experience in interior Residential projects. Candidates preferred from north Kolkata to see the residential projects of Rajarhat. Candidate Must have own Bike. Candidates preferred who are able to join Asap.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution and Supervision

Supervise daily interior work activities such as carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and modular installations.
Ensure that work is being executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Maintain a strong on-site presence to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety practices.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and execution.

2. Team and Labor Management

Oversee and manage skilled and unskilled labor teams, ensuring optimal productivity.
Assign tasks based on priorities and monitor their completion with quality control.
Maintain discipline and resolve conflicts among site workers.
Maintain labor attendance records and report to the project manager.

3. Quality Control and Compliance

Conduct regular quality checks of ongoing work to ensure high standards of finish.
Report defects, discrepancies, or deviations from plans and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on site.
Perform regular inspections and maintain a snag list for project handover.

4. Coordination and Communication

Act as a bridge between the design/engineering team and site workers.
Provide technical input and practical solutions to on-site issues or design challenges.
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, HVAC installers, and other service providers.
Attend site meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants as required.

5. Material Management

Track usage and stock levels of materials on site.
Receive, verify, and record deliveries of materials as per purchase orders.
Minimize wastage and theft through proper supervision and inventory control.
Inform the procurement or project team of material requirements in advance.

6. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain daily site logs of progress, labor attendance, and issues encountered.
Prepare and share progress reports and photographs with the head office/project team.
Keep documentation of all site changes, material usage, and contractor performance.
Assist in preparing site handover documents, client walkthroughs, and final reporting.
