Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, coordinating effectively with contractors, vendors, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily on-site interior works including carpentry, painting, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, etc.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
Monitor and manage site labor, schedules, and work progress.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain detailed daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager.
Resolve site issues promptly and escalate major concerns when required.
Ensure timely availability of materials and manage site inventory.
Ensure all site activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
