Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Project Execution

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of interior design projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and laborers for timely project delivery.

Ensure work is completed as per design specifications and quality standards.

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations.
Material & Workforce Management

Monitor materials, tools, and resources to prevent delays.

Ensure proper installation of furniture, lighting, flooring, and fixtures.

Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors and supervise their work.
Reporting & Coordination

Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the project manager or interior designer.

Identify and report site issues, defects, or delays and suggest solutions.

Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding project status.
Quality Control & Compliance

Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with interior design plans.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
