Interior Site Supervisor
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution
-
Oversee the day-to-day operations of interior fit-out work at the site.
-
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, materials, and design specifications.
-
Monitor progress of work against project timelines and update stakeholders regularly.
-
Coordinate with civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Coordination with Teams
-
Communicate and coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, and contractors.
-
Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently, allocating duties as per work schedules.
-
Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring correct quantity and quality.
3. Quality Control
-
Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications.
-
Identify defects or deviations and ensure timely rectification.
-
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at every stage of the project.
4. Material & Resource Management
-
Maintain daily records of material usage, stock levels, and requirements.
-
Prevent material wastage and ensure proper storage on site.

Liaise with procurement or purchase departments for timely availability of required materials and tools.
5. Documentation and Reporting
-
Maintain site logs, daily work reports, attendance registers, and measurement books.

Provide weekly progress reports and photographs to management or clients.
-
Document any delays, variations, or issues with explanations.
6. Client Interaction
-
Coordinate with clients or client representatives during site visits and project updates.
-
Address on-site concerns or changes requested by the client, after consulting with designers or project managers.

Ensure client satisfaction during project execution and handover stages.
7. Safety & Cleanliness
-
Ensure all workers follow safety protocols, use protective gear, and maintain cleanliness on-site.
-
Report any accidents or safety hazards immediately and take necessary preventive measures.

Supervise site clean-up after project completion and assist in smooth handover.
